Persons with Disabilities

Are you over the age of 16, a resident of Ontario and have a disability (expected to last a year) which makes it hard for you to find or keep a job? You could be eligible for Employment Supports through the Ontario Disability Supports Program.

How can CSE Consulting help you?

CSE Consulting is dedicated to assisting people with disabilities throughout the Leeds and Grenville community to successfully start a new job search, return to work and help those who currently have work keep their jobs. Starting a job search can be a stressful experience. You may not know where to start or you might struggle to find a helping hand. This can have a negative effect on your job search.

CSE Consulting provides individualized employment services for persons with disabilities to provide you with ongoing support on your journey to employment. Your Employment Planner will work with you to create your very own employment plan which outlines the services CSE Consulting will provide for you.

CSE’s Employment Consultants offer the following which will be tailored to your needs:

Employment Planning

A series of one-to-one meetings to identify an employment goal and a plan of action that includes looking at your interests, skills, values and other supports you may require for work.
Job Search Skills: Job leads, help with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation.

Work Experience

Assisting you to find employers for placement opportunities; support throughout the placement to ensure success; provide information to employers to make sure accommodations to ensure you are able to perform your job to your best abilities.

Job Placement

Match employees and employers to find a good fit. Job Coaching and Job Maintenance: Ongoing support to help you at work and help you keep working.

Work-Related Disability Supports

Access to sign language interpreters, use of TTY machine, flash cards, note takers, Global Positioning System (GPS), communication devices, scheduling/time management tools and access to our new resource library.

We understand the importance of providing support before, during and after your new job has started. To make it easier for you to enter a new job, we help connect you to the resources you may not know are available to you.
